Photo Sessions Questions

1. What's the differences between Basic & Deluxe Packages?

For basic portrait, you’re welcome to bring your own outfits and props. 

For deluxe portrait, we will provide styled outfits, accessories and props for you. The clothing and props will be all different depending on the themes you chose. 

2. What is included in one session?

- 25 minutes of shooting and 5 minutes of selection.

- 2 retouched digital files and 4 unedited digital files. 

- 2 prints + 2 collage prints in 4x6” size

- Up to 2 people. Maximum 8 people, $30 for each extra person over 2. 

3. How many photos can I take?

You could take as many as you want. All digital files will be emailed to you for $30 or free if you leave us a Google review or social media mention. 

4. Can I take me pet with me?

Pets are welcomed. One pet will be counted as one person.


Cancellation & Rescheduling 

All cancellation and rescheduling requests will be processed via email( and booking menu on our website.

Cancellation Policy

A full-Refund will be issued if the cancellation request is made within 3 days after the booking date. After 3 days from the booking dates, only partial refund will be issued. 

Same-day cancellation / No-show will not be accepted. No refund will be issued for same-day cancellation and no-show. 

Rescheduling Policy

You can reschedule your session 3 days before the reservation date for free. A 8% service fee will be applied if you reschedule your session with 3 days before the reservation date. Only 1st rescheduling will be free, if you reschedule your session more than 1 times, 8% service fee will be charged for every rescheduling. 

Late Arrival

Your session could not be extended, so please arrive early to enjoy the full session.
