Amazing NEW spacious loft decorated with retro-modern interior decor.  Located in the heart of DTLA with unobstructed views of the city. The studio is around 1200 sqft and contains large windows which provide plenty of natural sunlight. Additional furnished space and backdrops are available upon request. No rooftop access.

Our Studio could be best used for the following:  Social Media Content, Filming, Fashion Photography, Commercial and Print Photography, E-commerce Product Shots, Podcast, Interviews, Fitness Photoshoots & Videos, Apparel Shoot, Head Shots, Lingerie Shoot, TV Series and more. Production insurance is required.

No free overtime. Booked hours includes load-in/load-out, set up, and tear-down time. Overtime fees: 1.5 x regular hourly rates. No refunds for any unused time.  

Freight elevator is available. The building is surrounded by several parking lots and street parking.
